Courteney Cox admitted she owes fellow Friends alum Lisa Kudrow an apology, and the gesture is long overdue.

According to People, the beloved actress recently filmed an episode of HGTV's Celebrity IOU, hosted by Property Brothers Drew and Johnathon Scott, during which she realized that giving a home a demolition makeover is substantially more difficult than she expected. Kudrow appeared in the series in 2022 to renovate a space for a cousin, and Cox didn't think the work she did looked that hard, until she picked up a hammer for herself.

"In watching Lisa's episode, I remember going, 'Ah, Lisa, I can do that, that's...No. I'm really proud of her and I will call her on the way home." Cox continued, revealing that before filming the episode, she thought she was "pretty strong," but quickly realized that home renovation was "a serious job."

"You're not playing. I used to think of myself as a pretty strong little scrapper. Guess what? That's a serious job."

In Celebrity IOU, "Hollywood A-listers express their deep gratitude for the individuals who've had a major impact on their lives by surprising them with big, heartwarming home renovations," per HGTV.

Cox's Celebrity IOU episode is slated to air on Monday, March 9!
