Lauren Daigle Announces 2020 World Tour During Intimate NYC Performance

Lauren Daigle has some exciting news for fans — she's going on tour! Just over a year since she released her latest album Look Up Child, the Grammy-winning singer/songwriter made the special announcement during an exclusive and intimate performance at iHeartRadio HQ in New York City.

Daigle's 2020 tour will kick off in February in Pensacola, Florida and stop in cities across North America including Charlotte, Knoxville, Dallas, Grand Rapids, Lexington, Charleston, Atlanta, Omaha, Minneapolis, St. Louis, New York City, Pittsburgh and more before wrapping up in her hometown, Lafayette, Louisiana, in July. Johnnyswim will also be joining the tour to open the show.

Lauren revealed the moment she found out that she was going to be headlining the Big Apple's iconic Madison Square Garden next year. The previous night, she had walked by Madison Square Garden, and after pointing out the venue, she was given the news she would be performing there on her tour. She said of the upcoming trek, "I'm freaking out, there's a lot of amazing places were going to."

During the 4-song set at iHeartRadio HQ, Lauren performed "Your Wings," "This Girl," her newest single "Rescue," and her hit song "You Say." She also talked about the making of Look Up Child, her favorite TV moments (which was meeting Ellen Degeneres), her song-writing process and more.

Lauren Daigle's latest album Look Up Child was nominated for a Grammy Award this year for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album, as well as Top Christian Album at the 2019 Billboard Awards. The 13-track set also spent 44 weeks at No. 1 on the Christian Albums chart, which is the longest album reign of this decade. See the 2020 Lauren Daigle World Tour dates below.
